Description:
This emerging, privately owned, high end hotel group with one property currently and two others due to open in Cambridge and Glasgow early 2025 has an opportunity for an individual to spearhead the Reservations and Revenue strategy. As a Reservations and Revenue Manager you will work strategically and tactically to gain market share and support the senior management team in achieving business goals and objectives. The Reservations and Revenue Manager will develop and implement effective inventory control and pricing strategies based upon demand and competitor activity whilst monitoring and managing all distribution channels to ensure rate parity and competitive pricing. In a hands-on capacity the Reservations and Revenue Manager will support and advise the Group Sales Director by providing analysis and recommendations for current and future hotel openings.
