Description:
An opportunity exists for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to manage the front of house and kitchen teams of a hugely successful and busy restaurant operation. You will be a great Host and possess previous experience in managing and leading large teams and assuming responsibility for the delivery of the business P&L. You will be customer focused and be passionate about providing an inspiring customer experience whilst driving up the commercial contribution through sales and controlling costs. Role details: • At least 2 years as GM, experienced in size of site. • Someone with a strong personality, confident and personable. Confident with VIPs. • Used to volume, but also providing top class food and service. • Strong leader needed to bring team together and motivate • GM needs the drive to embed and implement potential changes already in motion. • A strong background within restaurants, hotels or fresh food gastro pubs. • A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP • A self-starter who relishes staff development • Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site. • General Manager with a High volume background is desirable • £47,000 basic salary plus tronc £11,000 • 28 days holiday
