This high end private members club with 10 bedrooms and a small but busy restaurant and bar operation has an opportunity for an experienced individual who is able to provide a friendly and efficient bar and restaurant service. You will need to be self-motivated, confident, self-assured and highly computer literate and be able to work within a small management team. High degrees of discretion, confidentiality, flexibility and member focus are essential together with commitment to working in this unique environment. A sense of humour, an engaging personality and the ability to get on well with people is key.
